SCCU CXP-1 I have a SCCU CXP-1 that came in disassembled. The slide stop pin is not with the pistol and the recoil spring is hanging on something stopping the slide from being removed towards the front. I can look into the gap in the ejection port and see that the recoil spring is bunching up at a point about where I would think the trigger sear is. I have tried to capture the spring with a hook and lift up while pushing forward on the slide without any luck. From RK Campbell. Order a slide stop.

Work it into the proper place in the angled camming surface to convince the pistol to work, then disassemble. Just about any pistol would be difficult to disassemble with the slide stop missing in this manner. 1873 Kings Improvement I am starting a restoration on a Winchester 1873 Kings Improvement Daniel P. Horn Wolsey SD manufactured in 1894. The rifle sat neglected for decades and looks to have been the victim of a previous failed restoration attempt. I am looking for good parts sources.

The rifle is missing the dust cover, forearm and forearm cap, the magazine tube parts, butt plate, etc. I’m also in need of a good, clear schematic and a source for more specific information on how this rifle would have been configured coming out of the factory in 1894.
